Claire McKay

I'm a local girl, born and raised in the East Hull villages. We always had a menagerie of pets when i was growing up, from fish and birds to small furries and dogs and cats. I now have a dog, a cat, 2 rabbits, 5 geese and 21 chickens.

I am soon to have a herd of 4 miniature goats coming to stay with me too! For as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to work with animals. Life has steered me down many other career avenues but i was never happy in my job. I was offered the opportunity to do some work experience in March 2017 at Kingston Vets in Thorngumbald, and as they say, the rest is history!

I love working at KVG and I look forward to coming to work every day. I'm proud to say I work with a team of amazing professionals who treat their patients and clients with the same love, respect and care as they would their own pets and family.
